Old Falls (formerly The Loft at Old Falls) is owned and operated by Brandon & Sandy Mitchell at 6774 Cavenders Branch Road, Lyles, TN 37098. This policy describes how we handle information you share with us through this website.

Bookings

Overnight reservations are processed by our booking partner, eviivo. Payment and reservation details you enter there are governed by eviivo's privacy policy. If you arrange a private chef for a creek-side dinner, your agreement and payment for the meal are directly between you and the chef.

Retention & your choices

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing relax@loftatoldfalls.com.
